Virtual participation
All seminars are offered in-person and online. For further information about virtual delivery please contact the Seminar Coordinator on (02) 6277 2061 or by email to seminar.reps@aph.gov.au.
Registrations
Registrations close the day before the seminar. An email confirming your placement will be sent once your payment has been received.
Please note the person making the booking is responsible for managing the booking, which includes notifying participants of seminar arrangements and settlement of accounts. If the person making the booking changes, please advise as soon as possible.
Participants attending in-person seminars at Parliament House will be required to arrive 30 minutes before the seminar begins. Participants are also required to bring photographic identification in order to register for a temporary parliamentary pass. Contact details of each participant, including name and phone number, will be required on registration.
Credit card payments can only be accepted from Visa and MasterCard. For an alternative method of payment please email finance.reps@aph.gov.au. Emails are monitored during business hours and will be responded to as soon as possible.
